Various types of leather are used in the production of bags, clothing, shoes and accessories. The quality, thickness, durability and resistance to external damage of the leather depend on the type of leather used. The uniqueness of exotic leathers cannot be imitated by synthetic leathers.

Real leather heats up faster and maintains its temperature compared to synthetic leather. The surface always remains dry. Artificial leather heats up slowly and cools down quickly.

The main difference between exotic leathers and artificial leather is; It has its own unique pattern (scars, wrinkles, pores, etc.) Each part of the exotic leather is different and unique. Synthetic leather consists of similar patterns in every section of the surfaces, repeating each other.

When you look closely at the cut side of real leather, you can see many suede fibers.

Knitwear is mainly used extensively in the production of artificial leather. Although the appearance of artificial leather is natural, the base always remains fabric.

Natural leather is always heavier than synthetic leather.

Natural leather particles are sometimes used in artificial leather, and even leather scent is added. However, it does not completely eliminate the chemical smell.

Natural leathers are plump and elastic. It feels soft when pressed, and the pressure disappears quickly when released.

Natural leather absorbs moisture quickly, the wet area darkens and the color returns only when completely dried. Artificial leather repels liquid, the color does not change.

Natural leathers are not cheap. Clothes, shoes and accessories made especially from exotic (python, crocodile, ostrich leathers) are the most expensive. Such products are of high quality. It preserves its original appearance for a long time. Faux leather and natural leather behave differently when set on fire. Genuine leather does not burn quickly and can be deformed.
